Green Shirt Introduction Workshop 2022
The Green Shirt Program is a practical umpiring course that was introduced to netball associations in 2007. It is aimed to anyone new to umpiring and turning 13+ in 2022.
The introduction workshop is designed to give an overview of what to expect if participating in NNAs Green Shirt Program during the 2022 winter season.
The workshop will be held:
Sunday, 24 April 2022
3pm - 5pm
at Noranda Netball Association Clubrooms
Please note: The 2022 Green Shirt Program is limited to 30 participants so following the introduction workshop an invitation (including registration link) will be sent to those successfully selected. Attendance at this workshop is not a guarantee of being acceptance, however participants at the workshop will be given priority consideration.
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
Participants involved in the 2022 Green Shirt Program will need to:
- Be available Saturday mornings throughout the winter season to attend workshops between 7.30am - 8.30am and umpire games at 8.45am
- Have the correct umpire uniform and equipment (will be discussed at the introduction workshop)
- Cost to register for those invited into the Green Shirt Program is $60
- DO NOT need to be affiliated with or playing at a club at NNA
