S.P.A.C.E.
The Special Players and Coach Education Program (S.P.A.C.E) is the first step in the Netball WA player and coach pathway. It’s a step above club netball, and allows gifted athletes to be developed with girls of the same age group. Athletes train for four months and participate in one carnival against other Associations from all around Western Australia on the June long weekend. It is a requirement to be available for all three days of the carnival.
Players selected into S.P.A.C.E are required to train on a Monday night from February to June in addition to club training.
